Case Study: CBRE PM FM
In 2020, Linaker were awarded the South Central and South West portfolio of properties for CBRE PM FM. We provide mechanical and electrical planned, reactive and minor works across the portfolio of properties including commercial, retail and industrial.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED
We are responsible for delivering a planned and reactive building maintenance service with our services including:

DELIVERING HIGH QUALITY SERVICE OUTCOMES
Through our service to CBRE PM FM we have achieved a number of benefits and cost savings through effective partnership working. As a result, we have been able to improve service and reduce costs in areas that are tailored to each property and their unique requirements and tenants.
Following mobilisation and transition, we provided a reappraisal of the services operational model which was based on SFG20, to a critical focused maintenance regime on sites where budget restrictions were key. As a result only statutory maintenance services were completed ensuring tight budgets were maintained.
Further, we completed several LED lighting upgrades across the portfolio including Downlands Industrial Estate achieving both cost and time savings and efficiencies.
This constant evaluation forms a fundamental element in our continuous improvement and helps maintain customer satisfaction.
FACILITIES MAINTAINED
The property portfolio includes a varied mix of building types, with unique requirements and differing tenants and building users, from shopping centres including; Capital Shopping Park – Cardiff, Weeke Shopping Centre – Winchester and Armada Shopping Centre – Plymouth, to industrial parks including; Downlands Industrial Estate, Dorset Innovation Park, Walworth Industrial Estate and Nimrod Industrial Estate to commercial offices and parks including; Farnborough Aerospace, Fleets Corner, 2 College Square – Bristol, Tower Wharf – Bristol and Spires House – Oxford.
The varied mix of facilities, each with differing service requirements means that we work in close partnership with CBRE PM FM and their regional managers to ensure we are delivering to each properties unique needs, whilst maintaining the same level of quality and customer care that CBRE is synonymous with.
